Services
Fulcrum Point Career Solutions provides career coaching services, including but not limited to self-assessments, career exploration, application document writing, and strategies for job searches, interviewing, and negotiations. Services may be provided in-person, or via video conferencing, email, or other online means.
Free Consultation
We offer a free initial consultation designed to understand your career coaching needs. This is a one-time service provided at no cost and does not create a client-coach relationship unless explicitly agreed upon.
Payment
All services must be paid for prior to their commencement unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made securely via the online link provided in your service proposal. Invoices are stored for seven years in compliance with IRS guidelines.
Accountability
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations and throughout the coaching process. Fulcrum Point Career Solutions provides the coaching services outlined in the provided service proposal, but makes no guarantees or warranties for any outcomes or results from coaching sessions.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for completed services.
Pro Bono Services
Fulcrum Point Career Solutions offers a limited number of pro bono services each year to ensure accessibility and inclusivity. These services are subject to availability and are provided at the sole discretion of Fulcrum Point Career Solutions.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we protect your personal data. All client information is securely stored and accessible through our client portal.
Use of Website
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
Limitation of Liability
Fulcrum Point Career Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and successors shall not be liable for any damages, liabilities or costs arising from or related to the performance of services under a service agreement, including consequential, incidental or indirect damages, unless the damages, liabilities or costs are attributable to gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability with respect to agreed upon services is limited to an amount equal to the amounts paid or payable by Fulcrum Point Career Solutions.
You acknowledges and agrees that Fulcrum Point Career Solutions does not guarantee any results or provide any warranties, and that we shall not be responsible to you or to any third party for any physical or mental condition or circumstance caused as the direct or indirect result of or related to the coaching services in any way, including failure to achieve any goal.
Termination
Fulcrum Point Career Solutions or you may terminate coaching services at any time providing at least 14 calendar days advance written notice to the other party. Any pre-paid fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Change to Terms
Fulcrum Point Career Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
